The Under 45 CEOs Business and Leadership Summit 2023 aims to empower and engage young entrepreneurs in Africa to achieve their career goals and become successful entrepreneurs. The focus of the summit is to provide essential business and leadership skills, business funding techniques, problem-solving solutions, and early-stage operations to run a business.

The summit's primary objectives are to empower young business owners by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed as entrepreneurs and leaders, foster their capital development, competitiveness, and profitability, and inspire university graduates and undergraduates to embrace entrepreneurship as a means of problem-solving. Additionally, the summit seeks to connect young business leaders with renowned entrepreneurs who can provide valuable mentorship, while utilizing success stories as powerful motivators to encourage youth engagement in the business sector.

The theme for this year's summit is "Creating a sustainable Africa through active leadership."
