SEPTEMBER SUICIDE AND DEPRESSION AWARENESS
Are you battling with the darkness called depression?Going through an emotional crisis or entertaining suicidal thoughts?
Remilekun used to be there too:
Remi stood in front of her mirror, examining her reflection, the same reflection of a flawless, beautiful woman she'd spent her whole life admiring; only this time, something was notably amiss with the same woman.
She barely recognized herself.
"This is unbearable". She whimpered, tears rolling down her cheeks uncontrollably.
She was at a point she was struggling to find the strength to live another day.She thought about how it all began, how she got here and the waves of her emotions came crashing over here afresh.
"How am I expected to survive this  excruciating pain oozing from my heart"? She questioned as she fell on her kneels to sob out her grief the same way she'd sobbed herself to sleep last night.
Like Remi, are drowning in the river of darkness - the darkness of painful and hurting past experiences?
